SuiteVoyager Production and Performance Web Portal V2.5 now available!

Wonderware announced the latest release of the SuiteVoyager Production and Performance Web Analysis Software. SuiteVoyager is unique in the market because it represents a complete solution for combining all of the production and performance management software capabilities required with all of the analysis tools needed for a comprehensive system solution. In addition, it also integrates easily into other portal systems, such as SAP Netweaver and Microsoft Sharepoint based solutions.

The new analysis tools included with SuiteVoyager 2.5 software enable users to drill into the information displayed and transform it dynamically to aid with better understanding of the factors affecting production. This makes it possible to uncover the hidden potential within the control system. In addition, access to genealogy reports makes complying with new government reporting requirements easier than ever.

This release provides several advantages to our customers. SuiteVoyager represents an “out of the box” solution that enables customers to:

• Reduce life cycle costs by leveraging production and performance management capabilities software solutions with existing control systems

Additionally, a new feature of the SuiteVoyager licensing is that it now includes the ability to view information from all other Wonderware software applications. Any client license needed for viewing information from IndustrialSQL Server, InTouch, the Industrial Application Server, InTrack, InBatch, QI Analyst, DT Analyst and Active Factory are included along with two brand new applications that leverage SuiteVoyager for visualization (ITAC and PEM).

ITAC – InTrack Analysis Client

ITAC stands for InTrack Analysis Client. It is comprised of a set of visual elements that provides users with packaged functionality that will extract meaningful and useful information from their existing InTrack databases and into SuiteVoyager.

InTrack captures and stores a wealth of data about manufacturing operations. ITAC allows users to view and analyze the data on specific manufacturing metrics, specifically to understand product genealogy and detailed production history “as built”.

PEM – Production Events Module

The PEM module plugs directly into Industrial Application Server as a configurable object and enables users to visualize forward and reverse genealogy events through SuiteVoyager to better understand product and production history. In addition, it includes out of the box reports that enable you to drill through the data to analyze the production events to enable you to fine tune the process for the best performance.
